2012 ORCUTT LEAGUE CUP TOURNAMENT
** DO NOT USE "APPLY TO TOURNAMENT" **

Q: How do I register for the Orcutt League Cup Tournament?
A: One of the 2 ways provided below:

I. BEST WAY TO REGISTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT:

1. Head Coach or person appointed by Head Coach, send an email to Dennis Perea, OUSL Scheduler/Webmaster, dperea_ousl@comcast.net with your division (i.e. GU08) and team name.
2. Once the Scheduler/Webmaster receives your email, he will register your team and email your payment coupon.
3. Payment can be made by Check ONLY payable to OUSL. Applications are not considered accepted until payment is received.  Send payment with a copy of your payment coupon to OUSL, P.O. Box 2091, Orcutt, CA 93457.
4. Once payment is received you will receive a email of acceptance, which means your team is in the tournament.

II. CURRENT OUSL USER WITH A USERNAME AND PASSWORD:

1. CLICK HERE to access your Cal South team account. (Do not apply using this registration form, otherwise you will unnessarily re-enter all your team information already on Cal South CORIS system.)
2. Head Coach or Team Manager, please enter your Cal South Member Log On Username and Password to Enter your Team's page.
3. Under the Teams section, click on "Tournament"
4. Select the "2012 Orcutt League Cup Tournament - Orcutt, CA" from the dropdown box and click "Register" to apply
5. Your current team information, player roster and contact information will be imported into your application. Please check your information on the application including uniform numbers for each player. Roster changes can be made online up until 48 hours prior to Check-In.
6. Complete and submit your application
7. Payment can be made by Check ONLY.  Applications are not considered accepted until payment is received. Send payment to OUSL, P.O. Box 2091, Orcutt, CA 93457.
